The centre has a philosophy which has been developed by educators, families, community and the management committee. The document guides our work with young children and their families. Our policies reflect our philosophy and are guidelines for how the centre will operate, a reference point on which decisions can be made and help ensure the centre operates in a consistent, safe and fair manner.
